Tiare Massage only performs therapeutic massages (NO sensual massages).
Therapeutic Massage
Relax and enjoy one, one and a half, or two full hours of expertly blended therapeutic massage techniques to pamper, refresh, and renew your body and spirit.
Our rich variety of expertly blended therapeutic massage techniques are similar in pressure to a Swedish or traditional Hawaiian Lomilomi massage … firm and relaxing but not too hard.

Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Reflexology and Acupressure Massages
Medical, Deep Tissue, and Specialty Massage – Extremely effective specific techniques that access the deeper muscle tissue to relieve pain and restore flexibility.
Shiatsu, Reflexology or Acupressure Massages – Restore the natural balance to your body, mind and spirit through these unique massages. Based on Eastern theories of balancing the energy systems throughout the body, these oil free massages use deep pressure and are done through light weight clothing.

Pohaku (Stone)** Facial Massage
This treatment includes exceptional moisturizing elements; a proprietary blend of emollients, vitamins and a mild citrus Aromatherapy. Our skin care products are hypoallergenic. Your therapist uses river stones, crystals and gems to provide a deeply relaxing facial massage. Includes hot-stone foot and hand massage.

A full body massage that will deeply hydrate and soften your skin. “No`u wailua me kinai walina” (With fragrance, to nourish, to quench, to soften…in spirit!) This treatment includes an energizing exfoliation using natural ingredients and a customized full body massage that is both relaxing and hydrating as your therapist applies pure African Shea butter lightly scented with dĹŤTERRA® essential oils.

Tiare Room Service Massage (TRSM) Pricing, Cancellation, Additional and No Show Charges
Sometimes we can accommodate same-day scheduling but would prefer 24 hours notice or more.
Based upon availability of our licensed therapists, 8a – 8p daily.
The above pricing is subject to change and does not include Hawaii Excise Tax (4.712%) or Gratuity (typically 18-22% and subject to your discretion).

TRSM Scheduling and Pricing Policy
To schedule or reschedule your appointment, you can perform this online or call 808-322-4720 or toll free 877-500-9912. Tiare Room Service Massage provides in-room therapeutic massage and spa services performed by professional, licensed and trained massage therapists from 8am to 8pm everyday. After-hours, VIP, and group services available by appointment; extra charges may apply. All treatments are provided by licensed massage therapists in your house, bungalow, condominium or hotel room.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Discover cards accepted. TRSM accepts cash but does not accept checks.
No Additional Charge for Travel, Parking or Portage
After Hours Charge
TRSM reserves the right to charge and additional $25 per massage for services performed before 8am and after 8pm.
TRSM Cancellation Policy
48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. A $75 charge for each massage service will be applied for all cancellations within the 48 hour window up to twelve hours before the massage appointment (i.e. if an appointment includes 3 massage treatments then the cancellation charge will be 3x$75 or $225). If the cancellation request occurs inside twelve hours before the appointment, it will be considered a “No-Show” and will come under the “Appointment No-Show Policy” below. TRSM can also reschedule your appointment.
Appointment No-Show Policy
(Including cancellation requests inside one hour prior to the scheduled appointment)
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 minutes, it will be construed by us that you are a “no-show”. Your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment…and regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of the “full” session.
